RESOLUTION 2000-263
APPROVING FIRE CODE VARIANCE FOR NATIONAL BANKCARD SERVICES, INC.
FOR THE PROPOSED OFFICE BUILDING TO BE LOCATED SOUTH OF 45TH AVENUE
AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 169 (20057)
WHEREAS, National Bankcard Services, Inc. has requested approval of a Fire Code variance for
property for property legally described as Lot 1, Block 1, Berg Second Addition; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Inspector has reviewed the request and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by National
Bankcard Services, Inc. for a Fire Code variance to omit the fire lane on the south, east, and west
sides of the building, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Fire Code variance is needed for construction of the proposed building, as shown on the
plans received by the City on April 18, 2000.
2. Compliance with the Fire Inspector's Memo dated May 12, 2000.
