HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-261CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-261 APPROVING LOT DIVISION AND CONSOLIDATION FOR MOEN LEUER CONSTRUCTION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF MEDINA ROAD BETWEEN LAWNDALE LAND AND HOLLY LANE (20039) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Moen Leuer Construction which requests approval of a lot division and consolidation for property located north of Medina Road between Lawndale Lane and Holly Lane, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot division and consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division and consolidation for Moen Leuer Construction, subject to the following conditions: 1. This approval is for a lot division and consolidation for property located north of Medina Road between Lawndale Lane and Holly Lane, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on March 23, 2000. 2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo. ADOPTED by the City Council on May 23, 2000. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on May 23, 2000 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof.
