RESOLUTION APPROVIGN WOOD FIBER
SYSTEM FOR PLAYGROUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase and
installation of a wood fiber surfacing system for the three neighborhood park playground
replacements; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications, were prepared and
distributed, and bid proposals were received and opened on April 17 for the purchase and
installation of a wood fiber surfacing system for the three neighborhood park playground
replacements; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Minnesota Playground, Inc.
$31,258.25
Flanagan Sales, Inc.
$31,472.70
Earl F. Anderson, Inc.
$28,153.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, that the bid from Earl F. Anderson, Inc. is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for the purchase and installation of a wood fiber surfacing system for the three
neighborhood park playground replacements and accepts the bid in the amount of $28,153 for
the systems.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that funding is from Fund 401.
