RESOLUTION NO. 2000-247
AMENDING RIGHT-OF-WAY ENCROACHMENT AGREEMENT
METRICOM, INC.
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 2000-217 adopted April 25, 2000, the City Council
approved a Right -of -Way Encroachment Agreement with Metricom, Inc.; and
WHEREAS, Metricom, Inc. has requested a revision to the insurance requirements within
that agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has stated that this is not a material change to the agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That in Section 18, Insurance, Section C, (2) "or
material change" is deleted from the end of the sentence.
Adopted by the City Council on May 9, 2000.
