RESOLUTION NO. 2000-243
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
TOWNSHIP ROAD IN SECTION 4
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Gary and Denise
Thompson have petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following street right-of-way:
That part of the Township Road located in the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest
Quarter and the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 4,
Township 118, Range 22 as shown on the "Plat of Survey of NW. 1/4 of Sec 4, T
118-R22", recorded as Document No. 164971, files of Registrar of Titles that lies
north of the right of way as shown on "Hennepin County Highway Number 47,
Plat 13", recorded as Document No. 1023831, files of Registrar of Titles, all in
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of June 12,
2000 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as
the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to
publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
