RESOLUTION NO. 2000-241
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE VACATION OF
AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Christopher D.
Reigel of CDR Construction LLC has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the
following street right-of-way:
The South Thirty (30) feet of the East Three Hundred Thirty-three (333) feet of
the South Half (S1/2) of the North Half (N1/2) of the Northwest Quarter
(NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township One Hundred Eighteen (118),
Range Twenty-two (22), for road purposes.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of June 12,
2000 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as
the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to
publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
