RESOLUTION NO. 2000-240
APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
2000 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 9901
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution passed by the Council on April 25, 2000 the City
Engineer has prepared plans and specifications for the improvement of certain streets in
Maintenance District 17 as follows:
Maintenance District 17
• Upland Lane Cul-de-sac — south of 46th Avenue
• Upland Lane — 47th Avenue to 48th Avenue
• Terraceview Lane Cul-de-sac - north of 46th Avenue
• Terraceview Lane - south of 46th Avenue to dead end
• Terraceview Lane Cul-de-sac - north of 47th Avenue
• Terraceview Lane — 48th Avenue to Schmidt Lake Road
• Shenandoah Lane Cul-de-sac — north of 46th Avenue
• Ranchview Lane Cul-de-sac — south of 46th Avenue
• Ranchview Lane — 46th Avenue to 49th Avenue
• Quantico Lane — 45th Avenue to 46th Avenue
• Quantico Lane Cul-de-sac — north of 46th Avenue
• Quantico Lane — 47th Avenue to Schmidt Lake Road
• Polaris Lane Cul-de-sac — north of 46th Avenue
• Orchid Circle — south of 46th Avenue
• Orchid Lane — 46th Avenue to Schmidt Lake Road
• 45th Avenue — Terraceview Lane to Quantico Lane
• 46th Avenue — Vicksburg Lane to west of Orchid Lane
• 47th Avenue — Upland Lane to Orchid Lane
• 48th Avenue — Upland Lane to Terraceview Lane
• 48th Avenue Cul-de-sac — west of Quantico Lane
• 49th Avenue — west of Ranchview Lane to Cul-de-sac
by subgrade correction, crack filling, bituminous milling and overlays, reconstruction and
all necessary appurtenances and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council
for approval;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are on file in the City
Engineer's office and made a part hereof, are hereby approved.
2. The City Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper
and in The Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the
making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications.
The advertisement shall be published twice, shall specify the work to be
done, shall state that bids will be received by the City Clerk until 10:00
a.m. on June 6, 2000 at which time they will be publicly opened in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center building at 3400 Plymouth
Boulevard, Plymouth, Minnesota, by the City Manager and that no bids
will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and
accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified check
payable to the City Clerk for five percent of the amount of such bid.
Adopted by the City Council on May 9, 2000.
