RESOLUTION NO. 2000-239
APPROVING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND
THE CITY OF MINNETONKA RELATING TO THE
1999 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 9001
WHEREAS, an agreement between the City of Minnetonka and the City of Plymouth for
participation in the construction of trunk storm sewer improvements in conjunction with the
City of Plymouth 1999 Street Reconstruction Project has been prepared and presented to the
City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said agreement in all things is approved as
conditioned therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to sign an
agreement between Minnetonka and Plymouth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City funding for the project is in accordance with
City Council Resolution No. 2000-163 awarding the 1999 Street Reconstruction Project.
Adopted by the City Council on May 9, 2000.
