RESOLUTION NO. 2000-225
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF
PART OF THE DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS WITHIN
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1
PLYMOUTH TECHNOLOGY PARK
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate part of the drainage and utility easements within
Plymouth Technology Park Addition; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed by a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for April 25, 2000 in
accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior to the
meeting of April 25, 2000; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on April 25, 2000 to inform any and all interested
parties relevant to the vacation of part of the drainage and utility easements within Plymouth
Technology Park Addition; and

WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for public
purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easements be vacated:
All that part of the drainage and utility easement over, under and across the northerly
10.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Plymouth Technology Park, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies easterly of a line drawn concentric
with and distant 10.00 feet easterly from the westerly line of said Lot 2 and which lies
westerly of a line drawn concentric with and distant 10.00 feet westerly from the
easterly line of said Lot 2;
and
All that part of the drainage and utility easement over, under and across the southerly
10.00 feet of Lot 3, Block 1, Plymouth Technology Park, according to the recorded plat
thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, which lies easterly of a line drawn concentric
with and distant 10.00 feet easterly from the westerly line of said Lot 3 and which lies
westerly of a line drawn concentric with and distant 10.00 feet westerly from the
easterly line of said Lot 3.
Adopted by the City Council on April 25, 2000.
