RESOLUTION NO. 2000-221
DESIGNATING SRF CONSULTING GROUP AS CONSULTANT FOR
DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZE THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
CHESHIRE LANE BRIDGE OVER C.P. RAILROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 9006
WHEREAS, the City wishes to determine the final alignment of Cheshire Lane and to
proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the Cheshire Lane bridge over
the Canadian Pacific (C.P.) Railroad; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a proposal dated April 12, 2000, to provide design and
construction engineering services for the Cheshire Lane alignment and bridge improvement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into all contracts necessary to secure the services of SRF Consulting Group, Inc. for
the design and construction engineering service in accordance with their proposal dated
April 12, 2000 and authorize SRF Consulting Group, Inc. to proceed with plans and
specification for the Cheshire Lane bridge and roadway embankments, City Project No.
9006.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED: That funding in the amount of $133,735 is provided from
funding as designated in the C.I.P.
