HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-220CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 2000-220 AGREEMENT WITH MNDOT EVP ON EXISTING TRAFFIC SIGNAL HIGHWAY 55 AND CO. RD. 9/24 CITY PROJECT NO. 8015 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To provide maintenance for the new emergency vehicle pre-emption at the existing traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No. 55 at County State Aid Highway No. 24 — County State Aid Highway No. 9 (Rockford Road) in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 80046M, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. Adopted by the City Council on April 25, 2000. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
