RESOLUTION NO. 2000-218
APPROVING AGREEMENT
APT MINNEAPOLIS, INC. (AERIAL COMMUNICATIONS)
ZACHARY LANE WATER TOWER ANTENNA
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously adopted a policy statement regarding the use of
City owned land for wireless telecommunciation antennas and towers; and
WHEREAS, the City received an application from APT Minneapolis, Inc. (Aerial
Communications) to locate antennas on the Zachary Lane Tower; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney which would allow APT
Minneapolis, Inc. (Aerial Communications) to have the antennas on the Zachary Lane water
tower.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized
to enter into the agreements with APT Minneapolis, Inc. (Aerial Communications) to locate
personal communication antennas on the Zachary Lane Water Tower.
Adopted by the City Council on April 25, 2000.
