HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-212CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-212 APPROVING A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR WAYNE A. JESKE ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR WEST LUTHERAN HIGH SCHOOL LOCATED AT 3350 HARBOR LANE NORTH (20028) WHEREAS, Wayne A. Jeske Associates, Inc. has requested a site plan amendment to allow a building addition at West Lutheran High School, for the property legally described as follows: That part of Lot 3, Block 2, lying north of the south 166.00 feet thereof, Fox Meadows First Addition; and, Lot 4, Block 2, Fox Meadows First Addition; and, Lots 5 and 6, Block 2, Fox Meadows First Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public meeting and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Wayne A. Jeske Associates, Inc. for a site plan amendment to allow a building addition at West Lutheran High School, subject to the following conditions: 1. The site plan amendment is approved to allow construction of an approximately 4,198 -square foot building addition at West Lutheran High School, as shown on the plans received by the City on March 28, 2000, except as amended by this resolution. 2. The applicant must obtain the appropriate permits from the Building Division prior to commencing any work on the building. 3. Approved Fire Department standpipes shall be installed in the stairwells at each floor level. Resolution 2000-212 (20028) Page 2 of 2 4. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 5. The approval is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 6. This approval shall expire one year after the date of approval, unless the property owner or applicant has substantially started construction of the project, or unless the landowner or applicant has received prior approval from the City to extend the expiration date for up to one additional year, as regulated under Section 21045.09 of the Zoning Ordinance.
