RESOLUTION 2000-205
APPROVAL OF PRIVATE CROSSING AGREEMENT
#30551 BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
AND SOO LINE COMPANY
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth and the Soo Line Company wish to enter into agreement to
provide a controlled pedestrian crossing into Three Ponds Park; and
WHEREAS, both the City of Plymouth and the Soo Line Company wish to perpetuate this
agreement; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have reviewed this agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
agreement between Soo Line Company and the City of Plymouth is hereby approved and that the
Mayor or City Manager is authorized to sign said agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on April 11, 2000.
