RESOLUTION 2000-204
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. I TO
LANDMARK RESTAURANT EQUIPMENT AND DESIGN
WHEREAS, the City has a contract with Landmark Restaurant Supply for the installation of the
kitchen at the Plymouth Creek Center, and;
WHEREAS, two items have been required by the City to be added; and
WHEREAS, the supplier has prepared an estimate in the amount of $1,037.31 to supply said
additional upgrades;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that Change
Order No. 1 in the amount of $1,037.31 with Landmark Restaurant Equipment and Design is
hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on April 11 2000.
