RESOLUTION 2000-203
CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING PLANS FOR TAX INCREMENT FINANCING DISTRICTS
NO. 7-2, 7-3 AND 7-4
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the budgets for Tax Increment Financing Districts
No. 7-2, 7-3 and 7-4 to include the interest on the Pay -As -You -Go financing; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing is required to amend the tax increment financing plans for
Tax Increment Districts No. 7-2, 7-3 and 7-4.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that a Public Hearing is set for May 9,
2000 to consider amending the tax increment financing plans for Tax Increment Financing
Districts No. 7-2, 7-3 and 7-4, and the City staff is authorized to give published and
mailed notice as provided by statute.
Adopted by the City Council on April 11, 2000.
