RESOLUTION 2000-184
REJECTING AWARD OF BID FOR PLYMOUTH
ICE CENTER DEHUMIDIFICATION SYSTEM
WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been prepared for the upgrade of the dehumidification
system at the Plymouth Ice Center; and
WHEREAS, one bid was received and opened on Thursday, April 6, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and recommended rejection said
bid,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the bid
for the upgrade to the Plymouth Ice Center dehumidification system in the amount of $252,500
be rejected.
Adopted by the City Council on April 11, 2000.
