RESOLUTION NO. 2000-179
TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM GENERAL FUND TO OPTICON SEMAPHORE
CONTROLLER RESERVE
WHEREAS, funds are required to assist with financing of additional Opticon Semaphore
Controllers; and
WHEREAS, the General Fund has funds available to assist with the financing of additional
Opticon Semaphore Controllers; and
WHEREAS, the City Council reviewed the recommendation from the Finance Director to
transfer $150,000 from the General Fund to the Opticon Semaphore Controller Reserve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby directed to
transfer $150,000 from the General Fund to the Opticon Semaphore Controller Reserve. Further
that the transfer is to be made effective December 31, 1999 for the 1999 accounting year.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 2000.
