RESOLUTION NO. 2000-169
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY MANAGER TO SIGN THE
REVISED JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT WITH THE
SOUTHWEST WEST CENTRAL SERVICE COOPERATIVE
WHEREAS, the Southwest West Central Service Cooperative has made changes in the joint
powers agreement for purposes of complying with federal and state legal requirements and
clarifying provisions of the contract; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the changes to the joint powers agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is in agreement with the changes; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager be authorized to
sign the revised joint powers agreement with the Southwest West Central Service Cooperative.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 2000.
