RESOLUTION NO. 2000-166
APPROVAL OF PURCHASE OF ONE CURRENT
MODEL ASPHALT DISTRIBUTOR
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved in the 2000 budget the purchase of a new asphalt
distributor; and
WHEREAS, specifications were prepared and an advertisement for bids was published in the
Plymouth Sun Sailor on February 16, 2000; and
WHEREAS, Ruffridge and Johnson Equipment Co. Inc. has provided the lowest bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, to purchase a current model asphalt distributor from Ruffridge
and Johnson Equipment Co. Inc. for the purchase price of $52,122.17.
Further, that the funding will be 101-1610-8004.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 2000.
