HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 2000-154CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 2000-154 APPROVING INTERIM USE PERMIT FOR STEVE JANTZEN AND JANIS BEAVERS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1410 YELLOWSTONE LANE (20016) WHEREAS, Steve Jantzen and Janis Beavers have requested an interim use permit for property located at 1410 Yellowstone Lane, legally described as follows: Lot 5, Block 1, Inverness Addition; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Steve Jantzen and Janis Beavers for an interim use permit to allow the construction of a berm on property located at 1410 Yellowstone Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. This interim use permit is to allow the construction of a berm, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on February 7, 2000. 2. The applicant shall complete any additional grading or site work by October 31, 2000. 3. All disturbed and reclaimed areas shall be seeded with a mixture of grasses natural to the State of Minnesota. 4. The applicant shall obtain a grading permit prior to constructing the berm. 5. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. Adopted by the City Council this 21 st day of March, 2000.
