RESOLUTION NO. 2000-149
APPROVING BUDGET AMENDMENT FOR THE
ELM CREEK PARK SHELTER BUILDING
WHEREAS, the City currently has under construction the Elm Creek Shelter Building; and
WHEREAS, the Park Maintenance Department has recommended a change order to the
structure; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and recommended approval said
change order,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
budget for the Elm Creek Shelter Building will be increased from $225,000 to $252,000 for the
inclusion of a metal roof, and further, the funding will come from Park Dedication accounts.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 2000.
