RESOLUTION NO. 2000-148
APPROVAL OF 20 PLAYGROUND BLEACHERS
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of 20
playground bleachers for various parks.
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on March 8, 2000 for 20 playground bleachers.
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Earl F. Anderson, Inc.
$43,236.00
Sports Technology, Inc.
No Bid Received
JGC
No Bid Received
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Earl F. Anderson, Inc., is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for 20 new playground bleachers and accepts their bid in the amount of
$43,236.00; and
FURTHER, that funding in the amount of $45,000 is to come from Park Dedication, the Park
Replacement Fund and the Risk Management Fund in amounts of $15,000 each.
Adopted by the City Council on March 21, 2000.
