SUBJE T: WEST MEDICINE LAKE COMMUNITY CLUB
The department has compiled a listing of contacts with the West Medicine Lake
Community Club since March of 1997 in comparison with that done by Lynn Abe.
The police department has two types of contacts; those done by calling 911 for police
service in which they have a case number attached, and those done by monthly calls
about activity in the past month to my office in which the list notes "chief'.
For the most part, the lists do match. There is one instance of noise (June 13/14)
where we are one day off and one of a sign complaint (June/July 27) where it appears
one of us has the wrong month noted but we believe this is the same complaint. Our
list includes additional police calls to the Community Club which were not listed by
Ms. Abe. These are calls that may not have impacted the neighbors. These calls are
noted by a * before the date.
