RESOLUTION No. 2011-430
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CITY TO ENTER INTO
A MASTER SUBSCRIBER AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF MINNESOTA,
STATE COURT ADMINISTRATOR'S OFFICE
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a business need for access to Court Data Services, and
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota has requested this agreement be in place before
access to VIBES can be granted; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the city is authorized to enter into a contract
agreement with the State of Minnesota, State Court Administrator's Office, to allow the city
computer access to Court Data Services through the Master Subscriber Agreement for Minnesota
Court Services
