RESOLUTION No. 2011-427
A RESOLUTION APPROVING REQUEST FOR CHANGE ORDER NUMBERS 1 Et 2
AND PAYMENT NUMBER 1 AND FINAL FOR
TECHNOLOGY REPLACEMENT IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as the owner and Video Services, Inc. as the contractor,
have entered into an agreement for the technology portion of the City Council Chambers Renovation
Project, and said agreement was approved by the City Council on July 12, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted Change Order No. 1, Change Order No. 2,
Payment No. 1 and final payment in the amount of $133,827.55; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth's consultant, Elert & Associates, has certified acceptance of
the work and approval of the final request for payment; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and accepted all work on this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Change Orders No. 1 & No. 2., Payment No. 1 and Final
in the amount of $133,827.55 is hereby approved.
