RESOLUTION No. 2011-424
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A STATE OF MINNESOTA AGENCY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AND CITY OF PLYMOUTH
FOR FEDERAL PARTICIPATION IN CONSTRUCTION (AGREEMENT NO. 99914)
WHEREAS, Agreement No. 99914 has been prepared by the Minnesota Department of
Transportation (MnDOT) and presented to the City and is intended to allow MnDOT to act on the
City's behalf in accepting federal fiends; and
WHEREAS, said Agreement No. 99914 replaces Agreement No. 90173, which was
executed in 2006.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That Agreement No. 99914 is approved as
conditioned therein;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that pursuant to Minnesota Stat. Sec. 161.36, the
Commissioner of Transportation be appointed as Agent of the City of Plymouth to accept, as its
Agent, federal aid funds which may be made available for eligible transportation -related projects;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized
and directed for and on behalf of the City to execute and enter into an agreement with the
Commissioner of Transportation prescribing the terms and conditions of said federal aid
participation as set forth and contained in Agreement No. 99914.
