RESOLUTION No. 2011-419
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PAYMENT
TO SETTLE A WORKERS' COMPENSATION CLAIM
WHEREAS, a former employee with an ongoing workers' compensation claim has
requested settlement of the claim;
WHEREAS, the City's workers' compensation and legal advisors recommend settlement
of the claim to avoid indefinite and costly claims.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it does hereby authorize the City Manager to
execute an agreement to settle a workers' compensation claim for $80,000.
