RESOLUTION No. 2011-418
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING FINANCIAL CONCEPTS, INC
AS BENEFITS BROKER FOR THE CITY'S LIFE INSURANCE
AND LONG TERM DISABILITY BENEFITS
WHEREAS, the City seeks to provide employees with high quality, competitively priced
benefits, and
WHEREAS, a request for proposals was issued to evaluate life and long term disability
benefits in the market; and
WHEREAS, benefits broker Financial Concepts, in partnership with the Standard
Insurance, offered the city the most competitively priced benefits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it does hereby approve the appointment of
Financial Concepts as the City's life and long term disability insurance broker.
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
