RESOLUTION No. 2011-403
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE FOUR SEASONS MALL REDEVELOPMENT STUDY

WHEREAS, in 2010, the city was awarded a $100,000.00 Livable Communities
Demonstration Account Funding Grant to study the redevelopment of the Four Seasons Mall project
area; and
WHEREAS, the project area consists of an aging 117,000 square foot vintage 1978 strip
shopping center, a municipal well, and two wetlands; and
WHEREAS, as outlined in the grant request, the completed study consists of guiding
principles, supported by a market study, alternative site designs, a traffic study and storm
water/environmental review and design; and
WHEREAS, the City Council formally adopted the guiding principles at their October 11,
2011 meeting.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does accept the Four Seasons Mall
Redevelopment Study.
Adopted this 22nd day of November, 2011.
