RESOLUTION No. 2011-398
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2011-2013 LABOR AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH AND
LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES (LELS)--SERGEANTS
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and Law Enforcement Labor
Services, representing Plymouth Sergeants have met to negotiate a labor contract in accordance
with the Public Employee Labor Relations Act, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has reported that an agreement has been reached for the
period of January 1, 2011 through December 31, 2013; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that it does hereby approve the labor agreement
between the City of Plymouth and LELS Sergeants, for the period of January 1, 2011 through
December 31, 2013
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the agreement.
