RESOLUTION No. 2011-396
A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT
FOR THE DEEP WELL NO. 17
CITY PROJECT NO. 10024
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Deep Well No. 17, bids
were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were
received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears E. H. Renner and Sons, Inc. of Elk River, Minnesota is the
lowest responsible bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the appropriate City
Officials are herby authorized and directed to enter into contract for the bid with E. H.
Renner and Sons, Inc. of Elk River, Minnesota in the name of the City of Plymouth for
the Deep Well No. 17 according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the
City Council and on file in the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $343,310.00.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED, that the fiinding for this
project shall be from the Water in the amount of $500,000.00.
