RESOLUTION No. 2011-391
A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE A DRAINAGE EASEMENT AGREEMENT
GRANTING A DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON UNPLATTED PROPERTY LOCATED IN SECTION 7,
TOWNSHIP 118, RANGE 22, HENNEPIN COUNTY
(PIN 07-118-22-34-0001)
WHEREAS, property owner Nathalie Fine has requested the City approve a drainage
easement agreement granting a drainage easement to the City for a drainage ditch on her property
(PIN 07-118-22-34-0001); and
WHEREAS, the drainage ditch serves a public purpose; and
WHEREAS, the owner's property is legally described as:
Parcel 1. That part of the East '/z of the East '/z of the Southwest Quarter lying North of State
Highway No. 55 and South of the center line of Hennepin County Road No. 9, Section 7, Township
118, Range 22.
Parcel 2. That part of the East '/z of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of
Section 18, Township 118, Range 22, lying North of State Highway No. 55.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
sign, on behalf of the City of Plymouth, the drainage easement agreement.
