RESOLUTION No. 2011-384
A RESOLUTION APPROVING
PAYMENT NO. 3 AND FINAL FOR PLYMOUTH DOG PARK PARKING LOT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Northwest Asphalt, Inc. as contractor have
entered into an agreement for the Plymouth Dog Park Parking Lot work; and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved the agreement on August 9, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the City's consultant has certified his acceptance of the work and his approval of
the final request for payment;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Payment No. 3 and Final for Plymouth Dog Park Parking lot in the
amount of $149,101.45 is hereby approved.
