RESOLUTION No. 2011-383
A RESOLUTION APPROVING
Change Order No. 1 and Final Payment for Plymouth Skate Park
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and W Gohman Constriction as contractor have
entered into an agreement for the Plymouth Skate Park, and said agreement was approved by the City
Council on August 23, 2011; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has submitted Change Order No. 1 and final payment in the
amount of $9,493.50; and
WHEREAS, the City's consultant has certified his acceptance of the work and his
approval of the final request for payment; and
WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed and accepted all work on this project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 1 and final payment in the amount of
$9,493.50 is hereby approved.
