RESOLUTION No. 2011-360
A RESOLUTION TO AWARD CONTRACT
CONOR MEADOWS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
CITY PROJECT NO. 11019
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the Conor Meadows Improvement Project,
City Project No. 11019, bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

WHEREAS, New Look Contracting, Inc. of Elk River, MN is the lowest responsible bidder,
complying with the minimum specifications; and
WHEREAS, the City's engineering staff recommends awarding the project to New Look
Contracting, Inc. of Elk River, MN.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract for the
Base Bid with New Look Contracting, Inc. in the name of the City of Plymouth for the
improvement of the area generally located south of Schmidt Lake Road and west of Jewel Lane,
according to the plans and specifications therefore approved by the City Council and on file in
the office of the City Engineer in the amount of $131,253.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits
made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
successful bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.

Funding for this project shall be from the Plymouth Water Resources Fund.
Approved this 25th day of October, 2011.
