FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF CHESHIRE LANE AND SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD (20019) WHEREAS, an application has been filed by Hoyt Properties, Inc. which requests approval of a lot consolidation for property located at the northeast quadrant of Cheshire Lane and Schmidt Lake Road, as legally described on Attachment One, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof, and WHEREAS, the proposed lot arrangement for which the lot consolidation is sought is as legally described on Attachment Two, attached hereto and hereby made a part hereof. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot consolidation for Hoyt Properties subject to the following conditions: 1. This approval is for a lot consolidation for property located at the northeast quadrant of Cheshire Lane and Schmidt Lake Road, in accordance with the application and plans received by the City on February 14, 2000. 2. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memo. ADOPTED by the City Council on March 21, 2000. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS. The undersigned, being the duly qualified and appointed City Clerk of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, certifies that I compared the foregoing resolution adopted at a meeting of the Plymouth City Council on March 21, 2000 with the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a correct transcription thereof.
