RESOLUTION NO. 2000-137
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF
ORDINANCE NO. 2000-08, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE TEXT OF CHAPTER
21 OF THE PLYMOUTH CITY CODE, THE PLYMOUTH ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, on February 29, 2000, the Plymouth City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2000-08,
an ordinance amending the text of Chapter 21 of the Plymouth City Code, the Plymouth Zoning
Ordinance; and
WHEREAS, in lieu of publishing the entire ordinance in the City's official newspaper, State Law
permits the publication of a summary approved by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the summary of Ordinance No. 2000-07, which is attached
to this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it shall and hereby does approve Summary Ordinance No.
2000-08, Plymouth Zoning Ordinance, for publication in the City's official newspaper.
Adopted by the City Council on February 29, 2000.
