RESOLUTION NO. 2000-134
APPROVAL OF ZACHARY PLAYGROUND
PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Zachary Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on February 28, 2000 for Zachary Playground; and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Minnesota Wisconsin Playground Inc.
$98,821.24
Miracle Recreation of Minnesota Inc.
$113,728.25
Flanagan Sales Inc.
$115,537.17
Earl F. Anderson Inc.
$117,300.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Minnesota Wisconsin Playground Inc. is
declared the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for Zachary Playground and accepts
their bid in the amount of $98,821.24 for Zachary Playground.
Further, that funding is allocated from Fund 401.
Adopted by the City Council on February 29, 2000.
