RESOLUTION NO. 2000-133
APPROVAL OF ST. MARY'S PLAYGROUND
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for St. Mary's Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on February 28, 2000 for St. Mary's Playground;
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:
BIDDER PURCHASE PRICE
Miracle Recreation of Minnesota Inc. $52,867.54
Earl F. Anderson, Inc. $57,500.00
Flanagan Sales, Inc. $57,041.81
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Miracle Recreation of Minnesota Inc. is declared
the lowest responsible bidder for play equipment for St. Mary's Playground and accepts their bid
in the amount of $52,867.54 for St. Mary's Playground.
Further, that funding is allocated from Fund 401.
Adopted by the City Council on February 29, 2000.
