RESOLUTION NO. 2000-132
APPROVAL OF ELM CREEK PLAYGROUND
PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Elm Creek Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on February 28, 2000 for Elm Creek Playground;
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Earl F. Anderson, Inc.
$56,000.00
Miracle Recreation of Minnesota Inc.
$61,816.95
Flanagan Sales, Inc.
$58,763.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Earl F. Anderson, Inc. is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for play equipment for Elm Creek Playground and accepts their bid in the
amount of $56,000.00 for Elm Creek Playground.
Further, that funding is allocated from Fund 401.
Adopted by the City Council on February 29, 2000.
