RESOLUTION NO. 2000-131
APPROVAL OF SHENANDOAH PLAYGROUND
PLAY EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the receipt of bids for the purchase of play
equipment for Shenandoah Playground; and
WHEREAS, in accordance with State Statute, bid specifications were prepared and distributed
and bid proposals were received and opened on February 28, 2000 for Shenandoah Playground;
and
WHEREAS, the following bids were received:

Flanagan Sales Inc.
$37,998.00
Miracle Recreation of Minnesota Inc.
$39,782.50
Earl F. Anderson
$42,675.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the bid from Flanagan Sales Inc. is declared the lowest
responsible bidder for play equipment for Shenandoah Playground and accepts their bid in the
amount of $37,998.00 for Shenandoah Playground.
Further, that funding is allocated from Fund 401.
Adopted by the City Council on February 29, 2000.
