RESOLUTION NO. 2000-130
APPROVING PURCHASE OF FURNISHINGS FOR ACTIVITY CENTER
WHEREAS, the facility will require the necessary furnishings on opening, and
WHEREAS, these funds are budgeted for in the project budget, and
WHEREAS, bids have been advertised for and received from several vendors, and
WHEREAS, specifications have been developed and the lowest bids meeting the specifications
have been selected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
purchase from the vendors detailed in attached listing of the staff report in the amount of
$109,306.94 plus applicable sales tax and freight.
