RESOLUTION NO. 2000-127
APPROVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PLANS
CSAH 61 AND SUNSET TRAIL
CITY PROJECT NO. 9909
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 9941 showing proposed improvement of
County State Aid Highway No. 61 at Sunset Trail, within the limits of the City, as a State Aid
Project, have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved
and the City agrees to provide the enforcement for the prohibition of on -street parking on those
portions of said Project No. 9941 within its corporate limits.
Adopted by the City Council on February 29, 2000.
