RESOLUTION NO. 2000-123
APPROVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PLANS
CASH 61 AND SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD
CITY PROJECT NO. 9907
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 9937 showing proposed improvement of
County State Aid Highway No. 61 at Schmidt Lake Road, within the limits of the City, as a State
Aid Project, have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved
and the City agrees to provide the enforcement for the prohibition of on -street parking on those
portions of said Project No. 9937 within its corporate limits.
Adopted by the City Council on February 29, 2000.
