RESOLUTION NO. 2000-121
APPROVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL PLANS
CASH 9 AND VICKSBURG LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 9003
WHEREAS, plans for Hennepin County Project No. 9912 showing proposed improvement of
County State Aid Highway No. 9 at Vicksburg Lane, within the limits of the City, as a State Aid
Project, have been prepared and presented to the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: That said plans be in all things approved
and the City agrees to provide the enforcement for the prohibition of on -street parking on those
portions of said Project No. 9912 within its corporate limits.
Adopted by the City Council on February 29, 2000.
