RESOLUTION NO. 2000-120
APPROVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT
CSAH 9 AND VICKSBURG LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 9003
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the County of
Hennepin for the following purposes, to wit:
To install a new traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-
emption and signing on County Project No. 9912 in accordance with the terms
and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. PW 03-17-00 a copy of
which was before the Council.
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED: That the Mayor and City Manager be and hereby are authorized
to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the
contractual obligations contained therein.
FURTHER, that funding for the project is authorized from 1999 CIP in the amount of $154,000.
Adopted by the City Council on February 29, 2000.
