RESOLUTION NO. 2000-119
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 6
FERNDALE ROAD UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS
STATE AID PROJECT (S.A.P.) 152-110-01 AND 155-178-01
CITY PROJECT NO. 6007
WHEREAS, Payment No. 6 dated February 17, 2000 for S. M. Hentges and Sons, Inc.
has been prepared by the City's consulting engineer and payment is recommended, and
WHEREAS, the payment requires City Council approval since it is recommended that
the retainage be reduced to $3,000.00 for City Project No. 6007.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the Finance Department is authorized to make payment on request
for Payment No. 6 in the amount of $52,485.88 to S. M. Hentges and
Sons, Inc. for City Project No. 6007.
FURTHER BE IT RESOLVED, that other payments for additional work completed are
authorized with a retainage of $3,000.00.
