RESOLUTION NO. 2000-107
FINAL APPROVAL OF THE
WATER RESOURCES MANAEMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has prepared a Surface Water Management Plan in
accordance with state law requirements and the requirements of the water management
organizations; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called public
hearing and recommends approval; and
WHEREAS, the plan will provide the City with a comprehensive strategy to pro -actively
address water quality and quantity; and
WHEREAS, the plan has been reviewed and approved by the Four Water Management
organizations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does approve the Final
Water Resources Management Plan:
Adopted by the City Council on February 15, 2000.
