RESOLUTION NO. 2000-102
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 MALT LIQUOR LICENSE AND WINE LICENSE
FOR PERKINS FAMILY RESTAURANTS, L.P.
D/B/A PERKINS RESTAURANT AND BAKERY,
2945 EMPIRE LANE
WHEREAS, the City has received applications for an on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license and wine
license from Perkins Family Restaurants, L.P., d/b/a Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, 2945
Empire Lane, and
WHEREAS, the applicant has paid all fees and provided all required insurance certificates, and
WHEREAS, an investigation of the applicant by the Plymouth Police Department resulted in no
recommendation for denial of the license; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was conducted and the City Council finds no reason to deny the
license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that an
on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license and wine license is hereby approved for Perkins Family
Restaurants, L. P., 2945 Empire Lane. The on -sale 3.2 malt liquor license is issued for the
period through June 30, 2000. The wine license is issued through January 31, 2001.
Approved by the City Council on February 15, 2000.
